All of our microgreens are harvested within 24 hours of delivery to bring the absolute freshest produce to our friends and costumers.

Our pH balanced, 6 Stage Reverse Osmosis Advanced Water Filtration plus Remineralization process removes 99.9% of contaminants found in tap water. These contaminants, such as lead, chlorine, fluoride, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals and industrial pollutants inhibit healthy plant growth and are detrimental to your overall health.
Additionally, our vertical farming technique allows us to use 95% less water than traditional farming methods.

In order to provide the freshest microgreens possible to our customers, we only grow a certain amount each week to cover all our standing orders PLUS some extra trays for our new customers who place orders online. This way, everything is super fresh, and it minimizes waste.
We currently grow 5 of our most popular varieties on a weekly basis. So, if you place an order for our Sunnymix, or Sunflower, Pea, Radish, Broccoli, or Wheatgrass, it should be hand delivered within a few days of placing your order (we'll email you with delivery updates).
If we don't have your microgreens on hand, we will seed your order the following day and it will be ready within 7-14 days, depending on the variety you ordered.
